Youth Rock and Jazz Festival

Croydon Music and Arts will be putting on their first Jazz and Rock festival at the Fairfield Halls at 7PM on Tuesday 4^th March.

This festival will display the talents of the CMA Acoustic Band, Jazz band, Rockshop and Drama Group plus local partners and schools.
These include:

A Club Soda rock band, Soda Jam Extra; Club Soda is a local organisation for students with learning disabilities that forms bands and creative music making opportunities.
Yamaha Music School rock bands; YMS is a music school based in Croydon that teaches pupils of all ages with emphasis on creativity through a renowned teaching system.
A selection of Croydon school ensembles such as the Harris City Academy Crystal Palace Grime Band, Norbury Girls Choir, New Valley Primary School Brass Soundstart class and local jazz band Arrival, formed with members from the BRIT school.

This is an exciting and vibrant line up that promises to deliver high quality performances. The festival will bring these various groups together to celebrate Jazz and Rock music.
